Train the Trainer - Safe Holding (healthcare) Training Course

Why train your own team?

Gain control over your Safe Holding training provision by empowering a dedicated team to conduct the training internally. Opt for internal training as opposed to bearing the financial burden associated with hiring external trainers. By utilizing internal resources and expertise, organisations can tailor training programmes to meet specific needs while also fostering employee development and retention. This approach not only saves costs, but also promotes knowledge-sharing within the organization, ultimately enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Our extensive Safe Holding Training program caters specifically to University, NHS, and healthcare education personnel, providing a dynamic 7-day immersion that equips them to proficiently deliver Safe Holding Training Courses, even without prior experience. We cover all facets of course administration, health screening, breakaway, and Safe Holding training, ensuring comprehensive preparation.

This is a fixed fee package that can be tailored to the needs of any training team, ranging from four to ten delegates.
