Mark Millard Blue Concept Training

Blue Concept Training was established in 2002 by Mark Millard.

Mark Millard, Senior Training Consultant and Tutor, has helped thousands of businesses in every major sector, including local government, NHS, hospitality, manufacturing, charities, service and retail. He is a nationally recognised trainer, consultant, mediator and speaker on conflict management, de-escalation strategies, physical interventions training and resolving team conflicts. Mark has over thirty years of experience of managing or training, he began his career in the trenches of heavy industry and extending to senior management positions, he has been a business manager, training consultant and business owner.

Mark’s mission is to impact everyone who he consults with, trains or mediates with in such a way that they develop amazing skills, insights and strategies to manage conflict, aggression and violence effectively and with confidence.

In 2002, Mark launched his own training and consulting company Blue Concept Training. The companies mission is to provide training, strategies and inspiration to employees and business owners, who have to manage conflict or have the potential to face aggression and violence during their daily duties. With the set of unique skills and strategies Blue Concept help employees and managers and leaders to successfully manage conflict and manage safety. Now, with a successful track record that spans over seventeen years, Mark has built up a team of experienced, conflict management training professionals who deliver training all over the U.K.

Mark’s passion and enthusiasm are hallmarks of his presentation skills. He has consulted for, trained and given presentations, to some of the country’s best known organisations, including public sector, private sector and the third sector.
